Land Capability criteria are developed based on the guidelines from EPA and the Australian Standard. In undertaking the tasks, Geotesta will test the soil, check the geology and groundwater condition, regional weather and climate including pan evaporation and rainfall intensity, sloping ground conditions, proximity of the site to sensitive public utilities and the environments.
